Ok new year and new training regime
Wing Chun training 3-4 days a week with a heavy gym session on Wednesdays consisting of the following
Chest, Back and Legs
Hard I know but thats what will take place, I just need to break back into the gym slowly then I`ll be hitting those body parts hard and fast with lots of sets and reps
I`ll hit shoulders,arms and abs probably on a Saturday afternoon at home
Diet will be cleaned up with a bodybuilding style diet but vegitarian and with carb ... |

| Excited to see this. Looks like one of the best O's in many of years. The talent thats competing in this is phenomenal. I think its going to be to close to even call. Of course ive got my favorites. Phil Heath is one id like to see win of course. That guy just gets better and better every show. I honestly think its gonna be very close though. Guess whos back............
Well.... Update..
Life has sucked.. But it goes on. Been through another bout of MRSA was hsopitalized for 2 weeks. Home care for 2 months. Almost died. That was in the early part of this year. Then... Lost the job. And with all my medical stuff piling up didnt have internet or anything so ive been ofline. Recently Just got back im working again and on the mend. looking to get back on track as ive never lost focus as to what my goals ... |

4 cycles resting when needed, breathing like an old man
Core training

Tues 25- 6.5 mile run/jog
Wed 26- Chest
Thurs 27- Hill Sprints
after warm up:
-6 sprints to top with gentle jog to bottom and 30-60secs rest before going again. (roughly 120m)
- 5 sprints on top part of hill which are steps(roughly 50m) without any rest.
the buzz i get from this sort of training is awesome, only able to go for 30mins but thats all you need if your going balls out 100%!
